Plan, Project & Scope

Before starting the process, we will hold a discussion to define the project scope and ensure the most time-efficient approach.
 

Site Scan & Photography

A site scan will be conducted. This is a non-intrusive process that will have minimal, if any, impact on ongoing plant operations. These scans will help define the boundaries for our models. Photographs can also be taken to create a 360-degree view of the site.

 

 

BIM Modeling

At KemTech we aim to streamline on-site processes for engineering and operations. By employing cutting-edge LiDAR technology, we perform precise spacial scans, producing Autodesk Models with millimeter precision. Whether for new equipment installation or efficient element identification, our models serve various functions, reducing the need for repeated site visits and simplifies issues with item detection on extensive on-site equipment arrays.

 

 

The ACC cloud enables us to upload our models to a collaborative workspace, where they can be viewed, downloaded, and amended upon request. It also allows contractors to access the latest models and plans directly from their phones, eliminating confusion and ensuring a seamless construction phase.
